lithium and depakote valproic acid are common cause of tremor; amphetamines and diet medications and caffeine are sympathomemitics, as are ephedrine, albuterol and ritalin ans strattera; other drugs are thyroxin, epinephrine, pseudoephedrine, and ephedrine and ephedra herbal; tardive dyskenesia is caqused by long term neuroleptics usually phenothiazine congeners: thorazine, mellaril, haldol, stelazine, and others
