In 2000, CONGENITAL DISORDERS replaced the discontinued and deleted term CONGENITALLY DISABLED. CONGENITALLY DISABLED and CONGENITALLY HANDICAPPED were stripped from all records and replaced with CONGENITAL DISORDERS.
